You've loved our message cards - a great way of sending chocolates through the post with a personalised message. Until now, we've had just four designs choose from. Now we are introducing three new 'Art Card' designs - created in collaboration with artist and printmaker, Jennifer Gow. You can see more of her beautiful work at JENNIFERGOW.CO.UK
I met Jen whilst at a market, selling chocolate and was immediately taken with her stylised imagery. She has a love of British wildlife, featuring striking images of both flora and fauna in her art. The artwork she has created for our cards are multimedia images using her own linocut prints which are then embellished with cutout illustrations. The juxtaposition of graphic linocut elements and colourful cutouts is unusual and very striking.
You can see the three designs below, 'SPRING MEADOW' featuring a striking Dandelion composition, 'COMFREY HOME' and 'CUCKOO PINT'.
